Finally, I get some free time to post!

Lately, so many things have been going on that I hardly have time to post--well, I hardly MAKE time to post.

Things are going well and I finally got my pictures from our SARBA October show in Seguin, Texas. I am adding the pictures of the BOB winners in the Angora rabbit breed.
Sasha and John McPhearson's REW Angora. They also won BOB with their Black English angora.

  1. I'm a former rabbit owner and I'm interested in getting an angora rabbit. I am a knitter who has recently learned how to spin on an Ashford Traditional spinning wheel. Do you know of any rabbit rescue groups in Texas who may have angoras? Also, what is one of the big differences between angoras and a short-haired rabbit other than frequency in grooming? Do they have a special diet or have specific ailments?

  2. I would greatly love to find an Angora rabbit somewhere within driving distance of the DFW area, so my daughter can begin her desired journey into bunny breeding--specifically Angora's. Thank you.
